In 1986 the Cruz family embarked in the task to open a bakery in Los Angeles, our story, is one of dedication and passion of the final product.

Our success relies on the traditional family style of operation which guarantees the highest quality baked goods which also reflect on our food, home made drinks and K bakery's so famous pastel de tres leches.

Today, K bakery has a well known reputation with the locals in  the Echo Park Westlake area who drop by for their fresh conchas in the morning or their delicious authentic Mexican and Latin delicacies for lunch or early dinner.
